Users may only use the website and each of the software offered for their own purposes.
The Author is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the Site and to each of the Applications offered and in particular to all graphic, sound, textual, software, application or other elements composing the Site. Where applicable, he has the rights to use the intellectual property elements required (Adimuse).
The User thus undertakes not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Author and, in this respect, undertakes not to reproduce any element protected by intellectual property rights, unless he/she has express prior written authorisation to do so.
Use of the Site or the Applications offered does not confer on the User any right of ownership over the Site or the Applications, which remain the full and exclusive property of the Author.
In this respect, the Author expressly reserves the exclusive right to intervene on the Site or its Applications to enable it to be used in accordance with its intended purpose.
The User therefore formally refrains from intervening or having a third party intervene on the Site and each of the Applications offered.
The provision of the Site and Applications shall not be considered as a transfer, within the meaning of the French Intellectual Property Code, of any intellectual property rights to the User.
The Site and the GCU are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of a dispute, the parties are obliged to seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent French courts.
The language of these GCU is French. If the GCU are translated into other languages, only the French version will be binding.
The Author may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice in order to adapt them to changes on the Website.
